Natasha McVey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, whose dream was to own a group practice. Over the course of 15 years, she gained valuable experience within large mental health organizations. In 2019, Natasha opened the doors to her own practice. In 2023, her husband, Mike McVey, whose background is in software and business process management, joined the team as the Operations Director. Today, their practice includes a diverse group of therapists and a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Balancing family life and her professional career postponed Natasha’s dream of owning a practice, as the complexities of starting one was overwhelming. This experience led Mike and Natasha to conceptualize MH Practice Management Solutions, a venture aimed at supporting others in establishing successful private practices.

Natasha and Mike are seeking to collaborate with individuals who share their vision of helping others. They are looking to partner with aspiring practice owners who have the ambition but may need guidance on how to grow or start their practice.
